Mine is the same here as it was on the Spyderco factory forum, the Chaparral. For me, out of this year's crop of new models, it wins hands down. It's a lightweight, compact, sturdy, super slicer that's also attractive, fully ambidextrous, and legal carry in the city near my home. Hard combo to beat. It earned my respect handling 90% of my knife needs when I was packing to move from NY to SC. Cut a lot of cardboard, ranging from light stuff to heavy double wall, as well as strapping tape, bubble wrap, and plastic stretch film. Sure, there are tasks where a longer blade would be more efficient, but these days they're few and far between for me.
