What is your best Fiddleback user?

I am absolutely bonkers over this kephart! I have never been drawn to pointy knives and didn't even think I would ever get a kephart. I ended up buying this knife because I was drawn in by the overall beauty of it. That being said, it has become my favorite fiddleback to date! I just love using this thing. It was ground to perfection. It is so sharp and just chews through wood. It feels very good doing full grip work as well as more controlled single and double thumb pushes. The tip is incredible for doing fine detail work. Sometimes when I use a knife I think, if this were an inch shorter or a little thicker, etc. I have never had any doubts about this knife (well maybe once when my hand was sweaty I had a few thoughts about a shadetree burlap handle ).

In general, I can't say enough how much I enjoy using this knife!

...I did also just receive a scandi arete that also performs out of this world, but that is for a future post....

That's a beauty, I haven't had the pleasure of a kephart yet, but I feel the same way about the KEB. It just sits right with me. Just ordered one from KSF today.

Thanks Duder. I have never held the Asp, but I can tell just by looking at it that I would really like it. I could definitely see how it would be a great all around user and easy to carry.

at the moment I'm totally in love with my TT bushraptor. I love the extra bit of blade that it has over the HB and its soo soo versatile. There isnt much that I dont feel i can do with it.

Been using it a lot and it is very good at almost everything. Not the prettiest of my Fiddlebacks, but so good.

I know what you mean as it hard to pic a favorite.

It is really cool to hear what other people are using and it is also dangerous. I don't own as asp or bushraptor and to hear that folks are loving them makes me think I need to add them to my list. This thread might end up getting me in more trouble than I already am.
