What is your dress up knife?

About twice a year I am forced to wear a suit and tie. This is always a dilema for me since I wear jeans/khakis the other 363 days. I usually carry my Spyderco stainless DragonFly then. I like it but feel underknifed in these situations.
What do you guys do when forced to dress up.

3. BM 960 red.

On friday night there was a Wine and Cheese at the college. They only had plastic knives. I was welcomed as a hero with my Opinel One I modded for food: Rounded the tip and sanded the handle.

My Sebenza is pretty universal, but I wouldn't mind having an Mnandi.

I also have a William Henry B12-SZD that is pretty nice.

Spyderco Calypso 3 PE. It is a gents knife that is strong enough and big enough to use as a SD knife in a pinch.

I bring my William Henry because it matches my top hat and monocle.

But seriously, I carry a SOG blink because it's small, tough and only cost $30, just like my suit.
