What Is Your Favorite Commercial Made Knife?

I think everyone knows that mine is Buck, I`ve got 49 of them, 15 of them the 110 Folding Hunter. What is yours?

folding is probably my Victorinox Huntsman, as I've had on my pocket just about everywhere I can since I discovered the pattern 25 years ago -- (before that I carried a camper, but the scissors are worth the extra thickness)

Fixed is a tough call between my Becker BK16 (it replaced my ESEE4, Izula2, and Ontario TAK for GP camping and hiking chores) and my ESEE6, which is a wonderful size & balance for "just one knife" scenarios -- but the Becker gets the nudge, since I am rarely in a J1K situation and it seems to be on my belt or in a cargo pocket on most of my outings.

My first favorite knife was my Buck 110....but

My Benchmade 940. I've carried this knife nearly everyday since my wife, then girlfriend, gave it to me 12+ years ago. The slim shape rides well in my pocket and it has enough blade to handle everything I need a constant carry knife to do. Plus, the green scales don't seem to grab peoples attention in public like black ones does. It was in my tux pocket 11.5 yesrs ago when we got married. It was in my pocket at the hospitals when I said goodbye to my mother and when I said hello to my two kids. It has gone beyond being a knife and had become part of my identity.

don't know I have one, so I'll go with the one I have that I carry the most (besides victorinox)

case texas jack born in the same year as me,a gift from my wife

I am also a ZT fan with the 0350 being my favorite although the 2 that I own are not completely factory as I had custom wood scales made for them by Phillip Dobson of Butte, Montana. The first which is in my pocket all the time is the ZDP-189 with walnut scales and the newest is the M-390 which will be sporting desert ironwood scales which Mr. Dobson is just finishing up but sent a pic of the ironwood. I'm thinking it will soon replace the first one as my main pocket carry.

Zero Tolerance - love 'em!

As of now my favorite little pocket knife is a cheap little Kershaw I got a few years ago for $15.00 Blade steel is 8crmov13 and the handle material is some kind of cheap plastic crap but with the little inlays (or whatever you call that) it is surprisingly grippy and very lightweight. Maybe one day when I go to work for a company that you can 'move up' in I'll be able to afford a ZT. Really been wanting to try them out ever since I heard about them.

I like the ZT`S too, but I only have one left, the 350 I bought from Andy a couple of years back.

I'm a big Victorinox fan. Great value and variety with a consistent build quality.

For brands, I like the old Schrades.

However, I really enjoy my Benchmade Mini-Grip. I carry it pretty much every day, I don't baby it, and it never has let me down yet.

I like Buck and Case, but as of late been enjoying carrying my Canal Street Cutlery half moon trapper "Jezebel". A good usable blade.

Benchmade, I have a bunch of them. My favorite model would be the Ares or 710. I also really like Microtech, but only collect them more than carry them because most of mine are autos. Brad.

No single favorite, but I do like old school better than new school.
My only really modern folder is a Kershaw Shallot I carry for emergency/defence, everything else is traditional.
GEC, US Schrade, Craftsman, US Imperial, Hammer Brand, Opinel, Victoronix, Case, Camillus and Buck.

I don't think I have a favorite, but if the number of knives I own counts, then I must like Schrade Old Timers in slippies and Westerns for Fixed Blade
just because I have too many Western Fillet Knives. I used to have a lot of pre-80's Gerber knives but I don't have them any longer. Not sure what that means?
If money was not an object I would own a bunch of Early Ek Commandos and IXL Bowies.
Yeah, lets go with IXL BOWIES! Maybe I'll own one some day!
You know what....changed my mind again..... I like Case XX especially XX Changers, Finn's and Sodbusters.
Ask me tomorrow, I'll tell you it's Kabar or Rough Rider!
So don't ask me this again, PLEASE!

I will add that I posted what I consider my favorite.

I do carry a Victorinox every day and own several, and have gifted out more than I own. I also have a love for Case knives, as that was something I collected back in the 90's, and now I have become a collector of sorts of GEC, as I love the quality and old-timey feel of their slip joint traditionals.

A quick look at the pictures in my collection gallery shows that I find knives like music. I like some of everything and all of nothing.

If I'm not at work I'll have one or both of these folders with me.
At work "safety" allows me to only carry company approved knives.

If I had to chooses a favorite fixed blade based on my use it would be
the Mini Uncle Mojo. It does everything from batoning and chopping to
cleaning fish and food prep. I've tried replacing it with various blades
but found nothing that compares.

Don`t be showing pictures of that Pheasant Tail Sebenza! I had one once, sold it, and regret it every day. I know I`ll never be able to afford another.
