Select the knife you take into the bush with you most of the time

For me it's my Buck Pathfinder.

Depending on how many of you respond to determine the winner and the weiners.

Bravo 1. Do I win? Did I win anything? What's going on?

I have had a lot of sheath knives, but the one I keep going back to is the BUCK 119 Special. It was my first knife and will always remain my favorite.

The Bark River Big Mountain Skinner is by far the best (and best looking) sheath knife I've ever carried. The convex blade cuts like a lazer.

It used to be a Fallkniven S1 but now its a Busse AD for short trips and a Ranger RD7 for camping trips. All of them are good knives and the Fallkniven with the VG10 blade and zytel sheath is still my first choice when fishing or boating since the sheath dries quick and the blade steel is more highly corossion resistant.

I have a couple, a Schrade 165OT, and a Western L66. I need to get busy and make sheathes for both of them, I'm a lefty.
That Western is really sweet, feels great in the hand, blade took an excellant edge and is a very handy size and shape.

My Bark River Fox River does it for me, not too big, not too small, you get the idea.

I either carry a Buck 119 or a Ontario Pilots Survival knife and i always have a leatherman with me no matter what.

So far the tally is:

Buck 119 3
Buck 105 1
Scrapyard SS4 1
Bravo 1 1
Bark River Bigh Mountain Skinner (Best looking knife)
Bark River Fox River
Bark River
Busse Meaner Streets
Marbel's Trailmaster
Sharade 1650 T 1

Buck 4, Bark River 3 and Scattered

Just in via UPS from NGK. Best feeling knife I have ever held. This thing is built like a tank, or so it feels.

I always have my Barkie upland special with me in the woods along with my BK6. I have not had a Buck 119 in a while and just picked one up, so that may be on my belt next trip to the wood. Here are a few pics of my BK6 in action along with one of my fixed blades that broke during batoning. The upland special is just right for food prep. Not to big, but not too small.
