One knife choice per poster please, however feel free to discuss.

New, old, cheap, expensive, current, limited, discontinued.

What is your single choice for your personal "Holy Grail"?

I don't know. I seem to found them all. I guess currently it would be one of the prototype Spec Bumps with the ZDP and Micarta.

The one I have been waiting a week and a half for. Daily, checking the mailbox in vain. Waiting. Maybe tomorrow? Maybe.

I believe for me, it has to be the Spec Bump. The looks are unique and it is made with all the materials that I like.

Thanks to a forumite my holy grail kershaw is in my safe. The S60V Blur. That's about as rare as a production knife can get. Joe

My new 0500 Mudd Knife.

Tough as nails and as rugged as it gets.

I'm very impressed with this folder, +1 for ZT .

If ZT doesn't count, then the titanium speed bump would be a choice.

I'd have to agree with Spiral. Up until now I've somehow been able to get my hands on most of the Kershaws that I REALLY wanted. SG2 JYD II, SG2 Blur, S60V Blur, S60V Boa(Thanks Bud:D), Random Task.....etc, etc.

Like Spiral said, if I could ever snag a prototype Spec Bump, that would be an accomplishment.

Also, a TiZDP Mini Cyclone would be way up at the top of my list. I don't really know why I never grabbed one when they were more available. I had the regular mini and really liked it. Didn't know enough about ZDP when they first came out, I guess:o

My holy grails' the Blur family :), the Lahar and the composite Junkyard Dog II. (My absolute favourite is the S30V Blur.)

That would be SPX's fault. He's a ZDPig.

:p

For me it would have to be the Cadre, if I'm correct in assuming the holy grail is one I don't own.

Tommie, care to help a brother out? :D

I'm ZDPig, and I approve this message!

Ooh, I just saw a kershaw tyrade, I think that will be my kershaw grail knife until I get one ;)

That's easy enough my old 1005 survival knife has to be it. I still think next to the Randall this is the best of the hollow handle compartment survival knives. If I had to really survive on a knife this is the one to have! After my wife completes her online degree I'll see about posting a picture sometime.

Was the Tyrade. Got it now, so the next Grail would probably be one that hasn't been produced yet. Odd to say, I'm pleasantly content with my current collection.;) Although, I do admit, I would love to find another Talon. That was one of the first knives I ever had the guts to modify.
