While I haven't been able to get to a computer much anymore, I haven't stopped making knives. This knife here is the direction I have been going lately. I would love to hear any comments that you might have.

Looking at that blade makes me want to strap it to my belt and climb up Turtle Mountain again (in case anyone knows of the mountain, it is the famous "Frank SLide" in the Crowsnest Pass area of Alberta, Canada.) Climb up tot eh top, eat a lunch, do some whittling, climb back down...

So, fantastic job I say! Leather looks awesome. Is that a scandi grind you did? Is the handle kinda "flat" feeling? A lot of my early knives didn't have contoured handles much, but that is what I try to work on now, addign more curve to handles to make 'em feel more comfy. Just asking is all.

I can't wait to see the next one!

Matt, it looks like a good balance between a hunter and special ops. Nice looking knife, and looks sharp!

Thank you very much for the comments! More contour, got it, I agree. What kinds of things of could I do?
