That guy should've rolled up his windows faster or brought an 18" AK.
 
I have read that leopards are one of the most dangerous cats in close quarters. A lion will charge you or not, but a leopard will sneak up or chase you and give you the claw-cyclone...
Capstick used to go after wounded leopards wearing armor and carrying a 12 gauge pump...
I dont think this was a case of abuse. This was an animal being released into the wild and it wouldnt leave the cage.
Dangerous things, big cats.
 
Maybe there should have been a warning on that one. Who could have expected that cat to go for retribution over freedom. Why was the guy not more ready? I wonder if he lived...
 
Everything I've read about Leopards jives with what Danny said. And South American Jaguars, too.

...geez. I think the first thing he'll do after getting out of the hospital is practice rolling up the window. You can see he starts to get it up, then screws up and rolls it down before starting it up again when the leopard jumps in.

Can't blame him, though. If that cat was coming at me I don't know if my hands would be working properly either.
 
Sorry about that howard. Didn't know how to link to just the video, without the rest of the site being available, but there wasn't any NWS stuff in the video, so I assumed it'd be Ok. When the leopard got fully into the cab, and you could see the silhouette of it's fangs over the guys head, with him screaming and everything, I thought that crazy SOB was dead for sure! Reminded me of that scene in Juriassic Park.

Leopards do like to punch their fangs into their victims skull. Guarantees a quick kill.

No biggie. But please, prior to linking to anything with porn ads, put a warning by the link. Some forumites open these things up at work, and there may be kids cruising through here too.

If you want to link directly to a video click on the blue bar, open the properties, and highlight the url. Then you can link directly to that url and just get the video. [edit - actually, this sometimes brings up the original webpage too. If cookies have been recently cleared then the whole page still comes up. ]
