what kind of a sheath is this one?

Many yrs ago, obtained a knife (unmarked/sterile Randall, as far as I know) with this scabbard.
Accommodates about 6” blade. OL is about 11". Unmarked. Aged, oldie.
Would you, please, point me in a right direction to figure-out what kind of a sheath is 006.jpg008.jpg007.jpgit?!

Not a sheath originally delivered with any RMK to the best of my knowledge. Hope that helps.
