What kind of BOKER is this?

I just inherited this knife recently when my grandmother passed away. I was able to read the BOKER USA mark, but I know very little else about the knife. I'd like to know more about it. Any ideas on what model, how old it is, or anything would be helpful.

Also, I'm hoping to find someone within reasonable driving distance of central Illinois who could help me clean and repair the knife. It's fairly beat up, and I'd like to see it brought back to life.
