What kind of Brush

I'm trying to locate a brush to knock flux and scale off of pattern welded billets. There is a block style wire brush with FLAT bristles that I have used in the past, I now need a new one. I am trying to find a source for them and can't locate anyone who sells them or knows what they are called. I always thought they were a mason's wire bursh but this doesn't seem to hack it when trying to ask if anyone carries one. Does anyone know where I can buy one or what the proper name for this style brush is?

Centaur Forge carries them. I had to do some searching to find one and another forumite told were to find them. Almost all the wire brushes in hardware stores are to wimpy to knock alot of scale off.

I have that type of brush , it's for butchers to scrape down the butchers block.Check butchers/restaurent supply....Try" butchers block brushes" at www.valleyfarrier.com , www.pferdusa.com , www.americanbrush.com

Those are farrier's brushes aren't they? Try a farrier's supply.
