Do they have convex on both sides or just one??? How do you sharpen it?? Man I want that Mean Street in a bad way.

The older e-series definitely had the asymmetric edge (which, BTW, is set up wrong for lefties). I have no idea about the straight handled models. The current stuff (including both my Meaners and Custom Leaner) is symmetric and MOSTLY flat ground. You will occasionally find zero edged models (like the ZT series), which is my preference. The new SJT is completely convex according to the mother site.

If you go here: http://www.badmojo.tv/ and click on the "Sharpening Tips" link, you will get some information on the second question.

All of my current model Busses have convex edges.

The Satin Jack TAC is interesting: a convex grind, with a convex edge bevel.

Check out the “Keeping It Sharp” link on the following site. There are some great hints for sharpening convex edges.

“What is a "zero edge"?”

A Zero edge is a full flat grind from spine to edge, so the entire blade is one V—without any edge bevel.

zero edge is also sometimes used to state that there it is completely convexed at the edge, so that there is no line visible between the main grind and the edge bevel.

that doesnt necessarily mean that the main grind and the edge bevel angles are the same, they can be quite different, say 5 degree's for the main grind and 15 for the edge bevel, they are just very widely convexed together, so that you cant really tell where the edge bevel starts.

Here ya go. This picture almost always clears this up.

And another from the Busse site showing the "zero edge".
