I only have three gecs and I want to sell one or two of them. I'm having a hard time identifying this one as I don't really understand their coding. Can someone tell me a little bit about it or maybe even what I should sell it for?

You can generally GOOGLE "GEC __________" and the number and it will come up with your model and type, etc. At least its worked for me. I mean look through the results and make sure first, but, you know....

That is the #23 Pioneer Trapper with End Cap. There were 37 made with Dark Saddle Brown Jig Bone and 11 made with Light Saddle Brown Jig Bone. Very limited run and nice example you have

If Charlie contacted you, I would definitely see what he has to say.
Here on the exchange, something in the $160-$175 range is probably about right

In my naive former life, I thought we should not be discussing values and pricing for somebody intending to sell a knife? Can't they do a bit of basic research for themselves?;) (i.e. for start bothering to look at the GEC website for pattern numbering & description, it's not some Deep State secret :D)

I usually would post in the exchange but I really had no idea what the price it at. And I enjoy coming on and talkin about knives vs just using the internet to go to GEC site. Thanks for your input
