Recommendation? What kind of grind does Benchmade use?

What type of grind does the Benchmade Griptilian 550 have, hollow or flat? Does the Bugout have a flat grind?
 
The new S30V 550's have a flat sheepsfoot grind. Bugout is flat as well. Gone are the days of the wonderful hollowground 550's.
 
The 550 has gone through a few iterations, old "oval hole" ones are flat ground, then there are round hole 550s that are properly listed as 550HG (154cm steel, hollow ground) so there are a lot of differing options out there for griptillians, the knife has been around for quite some time.
 
if you’re interested in the 154cm hollow ground 550s there’s still quite a few to be had on the secondary market. any other steel you see them in will be a flat grind.
