what kind of knife is it

I have found a knife and don't know what kind it is its an old 3 blade pocket knife and the emblem on the side is missing but on the main blade looks like a face of an animal or maybe a tree it is hard to tell

As a registered user you need to upload you pictures to a web hosting site such as photobucket. Once uploaded, copy the web address of the picture, then paste it into your post wrapped in BBS code like this:

show a picture of the overall knife and also a closeup of any markings on the tang. Use bright ambient light, but do not use a flash.
