What kind of knife is this?

Anyone know what kind of knife this is? It's sharpened both top and bottom but not on the very blunt tip.

Edited to add: I'm curious what it would be used for, not who makes it. Quality seems pretty low. It wasn't a particularly stout knife, maybe 1/8" thick at best.

I thought about that, but I've never seen an oyster knife that was actually sharpened, and this blade seems too thin and flimsy for prying open oysters.
