What kind of knife?

What kind of knife would you call this? (lower left corner)- I'm looking for something similar, but don't know what words to use in the search.

Has the shape of a condor golok, which is not a food style knife but I guess if you wanted something with that look you could get the rest of the dimensions right.
 
19th century "spreading" knife. 🤷‍♂️

Design of the handle may have been influenced by one of the waves of Orientalism that periodically swept over Europe. If I were to pick a country of origin for the handle design, I'd guess Turkey. Though it is likely a design that is indigenous & generic to the Middle East & Indian subcontinent in general.

Upon a time I had a Raymond Richard creation identical to this one in shape, including the handle shape seen in the painting, but with darker wood handle.
 
In sets of cheese knives there is always one for spreading soft cheeses that has a blade shape like that. That is a long rendition.
