what kind of pack is this? and also is a labled hinder stop "better" / "worth more" then a plain non labled lock stop?

The pack is probably either Maxpedition or Voodoo Tactical.
As far as the rest of your post, I'm not sure exactly what a hinder stop is.
Do you mean a "Hinderer stop"? If so, then it is a quality item.
However, registered users, like you and me, are not allowed to ask about monetary worth, or value, on Bladeforums.
There are a few other things that are not allowed, and they are all listed in the FAQ's near the top of the page.
