Stole this idea from a different subforum. We have threads about our knives, and threads about our watches...what about our pets? Show your dogs, cats, snakes, birds, whatever!

I'll kick us off with the dogs and cats...I'll save the ferrets for a future post.

Kitty is ours, the puppy is a neighbor's. Our kitty passed recently due to lung cancer. He loved dogs.

Here's the dogs, husky there just joined the pack last week. Still ruminating on a proper name change, but the moniker he came with is Bolt.

I'll have to find some of the cats later.

Here's Sandy. He's long gone, but of all my labs he was the best hunter/retreiver. Also the most bullheaded lab I've ever owned.

This is Gunny. My wife took this picture one day when I had the nerve to leave in the pickup truck without him. That was not allowed. He was my constant companion, helper, and my best friend from the time he was a puppy all through his 15 years. It's been almost a year since we had to put him down, but I still miss him.


And this is Daisy. Another one that's long gone. She was probably the nicest, most well behaved lab we've ever had.

Two of our dearly departed. Smoky, the Weimaraner, gone 11 years on July 5th. Skyler, the Boxer mix, gone since last September 19th. My heart still aches for them both.
