What kind of pivot tool do you need to adjust this knife?

I'd say snap ring pliers are your best bet for that pivot screw.

But seriously, when the tool you need to adjust the knife is more expensive than the knife itself...

I think I delt with those types before with thumb tacks, I was desperate and I will admit it wasn't fun nor effective.

I've had to adjust pivots like that before, I ended up using needle nosed pliars and a rubber band to get a grip on it
