Gentlemen, I need advice: what kind of Zytel used in knives handles? DuPont produces so many varieties that I can not understand: http://www2.dupont.com/Plastics/en_US/Products/Zytel/pa/zytel_europe_data_sheets.html . I choose the material for the handles of the new army knife, it must be
hard but must have a high impact strength. Handle must be one piece of plastic this type of.

What kind of knives are you asking about? As you point out, there are several formulae of Zytel, and Zytel is merely DuPont's brand. There are other brands out there as well. The Fiber Reinforced Nylon (FRN) used by Spyderco for their fixed blades would probably be a good choice, if you can get Sal Glesser to divulge the particulars on it, something he is not likely to do on an open forum for the whole world (including all his competitors) to see.

I showed the knife for which I need material for the handles. I'm interested in material for casting in a silicone form I need to make a small number of knives - 10-20
to the test.

I don't think the FRN used in most production knives could be cast in a silicone mold. They are usually done in a high-pressure/high-temperature injection molding process, and the molds are quite expensive to make. I asked what knives you were asking about because there are many different formulae of FRN being used in all the various brands of knife handles. I was just trying to narrow down the search a little.

Thanks. I need datasheets to pick up the polyurethane, which is similar to the parameters of zytel.
