What knife do you pick!!!!

I have alot of knives from ANZA (great) to what ever starts with Z! My question is (I pig hunt along withcan whitetail) what ever I can find to fill the freezer! WHAT IS THE BEST KNIFE IN YOU ALL OPINION????? I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU ALL THINK.
 
Best knife for what? Killing the animals, field dressing, skinning, butchering, camp chores ??
 
I have an original issue CS Master Hunter in Carbon V. Knife is old at least for me anyways. Before that I used an old Kabar fixed blade that had about 3" blade very thin. Thats pretty much what I take bowhunting. My CS Master Hunter. keepem sharp
