I'm looking for a knife that has a built-in beer bottle opener. It should be relatively small, for EDC use.

Check out the Rat Cutlery H.E.S.T.. It's a fixed blade, but has a great bottle opener! It's small enough for EDC if you don't mind a fixed blade.

Most Mutli-Tools and SAKs seem to have them in one form or another.

If you are looking for knives specifically, just about every Leatherman knife has a carabiner clip which doubles as a bottle opener. Not sure how well they function, though.
Ka-Bar's BK11 neck knife has a wire-breaker which can function as a bottle opener.

The H.E.S.T. actually has a built in bottle opener. It was put there for this purpose.

If you are looking for a fixed blade, then the H.E.S.T. by Rat Cutlery is perfect.

If you are looking for a EDC folder, than Spyderco Delica/Endura Waved are awesome, they often see the business end of a beer bottle with me ;)

Fixed blade -- Becker BK-11

Folding -- Victorinox Alox Bantam -- it has a blade and a cap lifter that doubles as a flat head screwdriver. It's a "single layer," so it's very slim and light and disappears in the pocket.

Delica 4 wave, Victorinox Alox Cadet, Buck Metro (possibly too small)

Leatherman Skeletool CX . Only a tad thicker than most 3"-range folders and about the same width and height, but you get the extras (including bottle opener of course) besides a knife. Mine's been at my side for well over a year and I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. You can find them in the $50 or so price range. The CX has a part serrated 154CM blade, but they have a plain edge 420HC (I think?) version as well.
