What knife is in the upcomming movie "The Hunted"?

Hello everyone,

I went to see a movie the other day and I saw the preview for "The Hunted" with Tommy Lee Jones. I'm not sure what knife they keep showing but it's a one piece half serrated (if I remember correctly) and has a black finish. Has anyone else seen this preview? Is it just a hollywood creation or does someone actually make that knife?

thats not very discriptive... think about it theres tons of knifes like that...how long did it look? how about the blade shape?

You can watch the trailer at any of the usual trailer sites.

However, in the one I watched, they didn't show much of the knife so I couldn't even sketch the shape.

I'm not sure how to describe it well enough so here's the only trailer I could find online. The one I'm talking about is shown being pulled out of a tree ner the beginning of the preview.

That's one helluva sloppy cordwrap job on the knife in the trailer. I guess an ex-operator psycho killer doesn't spend too much time obsessing about the quality of his cordwrap ridges.
