Rather than start a new thread with the same topic, I thought I'd bump this old one.

On last night's episode of the Colbert Report (8/18, available online) I believe the knife being featured prominently in the first segment is a Benchmade Barrage. Coated, combo edge version.

Interesting, in that the taste of the prop department seems to be improving, and that the knife being brandished is currently (and illegally) classified as illegal in NYC, where the show tapes.

I say bravo! Benchmade gets the Colbert bump and Vance gets a veiled middle finger.
