What Knife is that?

Whenever I come to this site I see what I consider to be one of the best folding survival knives I have ever seen and I would love to know what it is.
Top left corner of the screen is two knives with black handles on a green background. What is the lower one?

Its a REKAT Sifu, I don't have any experience with this blade, but belive it to be designed for the self defense market rather than wilderness survival, I could be Wrong.
