Since you aren't a member, you have to upload the file to imgur.com (members can upload files directly from their computer)

Once it is uploaded, find the URL of the image you uploaded by clicking it. It should end in ".jpg"

Come back here, click the "upload image" button (looks like a tree in a picture frame) in the "Reply" area

Paste the URL of your image into the URL box.

Submit.
