What knife is this?

I came across this knife while randomly searching for various folding knives with S35VN blades and instantly gravitated towards the slick design, even more so after reading the specs. I'm getting the feel that this may be a clone of a high end knife such as Shirogorov, and I'm hoping someone would tell me otherwise. I've tried looking it up but have had no success. Does anyone recognize this knife and would kindly provide some info. Thanks much.

It is a clone for sure of a shiro i believe easy to tell just go on fleabay and type in tc4 titanium and you will get a ton of those clones they all are shipped from over seas
 
If a clone , is it really S35VN and if so properly HT'd ? Crucible must be making lots ofS35VN ! It's my favorite of the 'powder steels' !
 
Ok i looked it up and the first sign it is a clone is the places that it is available which is aliexpress annd dhgate the deal in the chinese clone knives almost exclusively. My bet is it is Manuufactured by kevin john which is one of the biggest manufacturers if not the biggest manufactures of chinese knockoff knives. As for the steel it is probably the chinese equivalent to s35v and for the heat treat its really a toss up. If it was done correctly it would be done to the industry standard but i just choose not to trust them because of their business practices.
