What knife is this?

so it’s been a while since I got my first knife, (a fake Damascus folder from DHg*te) and since then I have gotten two more knives, an old fixed blade from my grandfather, and a tiny folder from my mother (it originally ALSO belonged to my grandfather). Anyway, I don’t know what company manufactur(ed/es) the tiny folder, so if I could get some help identifying it, that would be amazing! Btw, this knife is AT LEAST fifty years old.
