EDIT: BAH, as soon as I posted I found a Camillus and I think that's what it is.

It is either a Camillus Heat or Sizzle.

It's definitely a Heat. It was my first "quality" folder. Camillus is no longer in business, but you can still find the knives for sale in some places.

Camillus was sold to another company after its financial failure. The new company is now importing the Heat under the Camillus name from a manufacturer in Spain. They have nice fit and finish and aren't expensive. They are selling pretty well and we haven't seen a return yet. The Heat is alive and well.
