What knife is this?

Well the title pretty much says it all. This is on the cover of a Brownells catalog and it looks alot nicer than what my crappy cellphone can display...sorry. It looks like a short BK3, with a some kind of hole in the middle of the blade. Also, you can't make it out but on the blade there's a "D2 - USA" imprint. Any thoughts?
