It looks like a S&W Extreme Ops or a CRKT, but I can't identify it.
I'm not a huge fan of the holes in the handle, but I like it.

it looks like is says magnum on the blade, in that case it is a boker.

Yup, it's a Magnum Light Force. And it is suspiciously cheap, only $12.
