A lot of threads on here that loyalties and opinions are more prevalent sphincters. So is there a knife or manufacturer that when you see smack being talked about it bugs you?

I'd say for me I don't agree with negative opinions of the stock Spyderco Millie. At that price point, if you are in the market for that style\size there is not much to hate.

I don't like to see any manufacture get slammed.

What he said.

ETA: Make that legit manufacturers; those who produce blatant knock-offs are a different story.;)

I do not like to see any manufacturers get slammed either, but I cannot stand when I am put down or ridiculed for not liking certain brands, or choices that they make. I like and enjoy many different knives from a wide variety of makers.

I dont blindly defend anything. I will speak up for any company if it seems necessary. And these days i try to take the high road and not speak against a company out of spite. Ill still crack jokes but life is too short to blindly hate or defend.

I don't have to defend any knife brand. The truth is the truth. Most knife brands can defend themselves with the quality, materials and details of their product. There are knives out there for all levels of knife knuts, from the beginner/ first time buyer to the finicky owner.

When a brand gets attacked by the ignorant and inexperienced heckler, well, that's what has to be defended. Not for the sake of the knife brand, but for the sake of the person who is searching for a particular knife and come across these type of discussions in which some people are bashing a brand because they don't have a clue, much less own what they're hating on.
And someone on the hunt of that one satisfying EDC, they may be discouraged by an idiot's opinion.

Well said sir.

Not that Lynn needs it... but Cold Steel. They are the best knife you can buy for the price. 3 out 4 of the knives I'm carrying are Cold Steel.

I also enjoy them, carrying a Voyager right now.

I'll be sorry when they run out of AUS-8 though... they'll be a little at of my price range at that point.

Also +1 Ajack

This is one brand I have never owned. Not for any real reason, just never tried one out.
