What knife or multi tool are YOU the MOST comfortable with??

This is the time of the year we all (most of us? ) stop to reflect on the
good things and the people most important to us. All of these reflect
who we are as individuals, including the knives and tools we use the most.

A knife is very much like the wine we drink , the car we like , the gal we
desire. Very unique to who we are. When we dress each day there will
always be one knife we reach for automatically with no thought at all.
It may be the knife we never mention here on the forums because we don't
think about it,but it will always be with us as an expression of our personality.

Mine is a Buck 307 yellow stockman and a supertool / mag light. Of all that
I own and want these seem to make me the most comfortable during the
daily work that I do. They speak to my desire for order and function in all
that I do. What makes YOU the most comfortable??

Easy...My REKAT Sifu. It fits my hand very well, and I feel that it won't let me down, no matter what.:).

I've got absolute faith in my Leatherman Wave for my multitool, for my carry folder, i'll have to get back to ya after Christmas since right now the only three contenders are my Kerhsaw Blackout, my Outdoor Edge Magna, and my dad's Springfield Armory M6 Scout (which is the biggest waste i've metal i've ever seen)

right now my vote would be for the Blackout, but i've got a Spydie Chinook and Native LW acomin' and I think those have good odds :)

I have two knives that both, in their own ways, exemplify my tastes.

Kershaw Ken Onion Boa: this is a colorful, high-tech, innovative design that is made of the best materials (440V) and is highly practical

Bob Dozier Texas #6: this is a simple, elegant, classic design that is made of the best materials (D2) and is highly practical

I'm a gadget person with a strange taste for minimalist design. I want my toys to do what they're supposed to do and to do it well. And I want them to last.

I carry different multi-tools at various times, but the one constant, for more than twenty years, has been a top-of-the-line Victorinox SAK.

I carry and trust a large Chris Reeve Sebenza on work days. A tool you can depend on.

The two multitools I carry the most are my Leatherman Micra and my Victorinox Midnite Minichamp. The multitool I use the most around the house etc. is my Swisstool. My favorite folder is my De Villiers Spearpoint Exectac.

The first item that I put on each day while dressing is my Livesay Woo Exec. I never even think about it. It just goes on. As for EDC utility tools, depends, my normal work carry is a Wave and Minimag in leather dual pouch. I like the instant access to the blades. The only drawback that I have found in the Wave as compared to my Supertool is that the Wave does not feel as strong in use as does the Supertool. EDC folder is usually my Socom Elite and or my single groove Sifu, it is hard to decide between the two, both are like parts of me now, and fight for the supreme position of EDC.

DDR CF ArcLite neck knife
Victorinox Recruit
Fisher bullet Space Pen (I know, it's not a knife, but it's one of my favorite personal things)
I carry a handful of different folders, and use two different multitiools, but a Recruit (got a red one, and a black one) and the ArcLite never change. All day. Every day.

My Sebenza. I know that I can take it apart, clean it, lube and sharpen it with ease. If I ever decide that the scratches in the Ti slabs have gotten out of hand, I can bead blast or sand them. Or for a few $ I can send my knife back to CRK and get it back looking brand new.
Take care,
Chad

I have a lot of choices, but am totally at ease with:

Leatherman Wave in custom Blade-Tech Concealex Sheath

BM AFCK with an appleseed grind tip (like a Lum Tanto) that I did myself after breaking the tip (don't ask!). :D

Small Sebenza, and at the moment, a Leatherman SideClip. That might be changing to a PST, Pulse, or Juice model soon.

I bought a Swiss Army Champion during the summer of 1982 when I worked in the canneries in Kodiak, Alaska. I have used this tool for more things than you can dream of. It will go to my grave with me.

Is for my TNT Recurve. Has been since Tom handed it to me last April in Eugene. Warms up nicely. I put it in the back part of the right front pocket of my Levis. An Emerson custom is then clipped into my hip pocket between me and my wallet; either a CQC6 or an MV1.

Multi-tools I'm not sure about, currently the Leatherman Wave, though I'm not really completely satisfied with it - particularly because the blades are so right-handed.

As far as a knife goes, hands down a buck 110. I carry one daily, usually a customized version with a BG-42 or ionfusion blade, and I reach for it before anything else, despite what I might have in my pockets.

My Buck 112, and Old-Timer 8 OT, they just work for me. I have only had one multitool, a leatherman PST II. It's old enough that it doesn't have the modified philips screwdriver, which I don't like as well as mine. I carry it everywhere (except on airplanes:( ).

My Spyderco Military. Of all the knives I own (and like most here I own more than I need by orders of magnitude!) it is probably the one I feel most comfy with. It is so slim and light that I can't even feel I'm carrying it, but I need it, it will perform any task I put it to, great or small and with great precision.

My second choise would be my BM Mini AFCK M2, about which all of the above is also true. But somehow if I have to choose, I will pick the Mil.
