This late I'm probably going to have to choose a production model. Generally, I prefer folders. I was thinking of a Cetan (don't know timing), anything by Dozier (odn't know timing), G-10 axis, or Kevin Gentile modified AFCK. Any ideas?

For a Cetan, you're probably looking at over a year wait, unless Rob just happens to have one lying around and ready to sell (read: not bloody likely!). Dozier seems to be pretty available at all times, either directly or through AG Russell, Knifeart.com, etc. Dr. Lathe has awesome stuff on his website, priced right, I'm sure! The tantos with anodized titanium scales and black cord wrapping are sweet eye candy!
Sean Perkins has nice small knives in a variety of styles and sizes if you're interested in pocket fixed blades.

If you want a custom knife you should give Beck's an email. (beckscutlery@mindspring.com)
Just a thought for ya. Patsy Beck has plenty of custom knives just waiting for a new home. Knives from Crawford to Reeve.

The current waiting time for a Simonich is 18 months. Uuggh; I'm one month into the wait for a Talonite Talisman. It won't even make it here for Christmas 2000!!! That's almost enough to make me cry!
