What knives are on your short list?

There are several new knives that are about to hit the market. The ones that top my list of must haves are the Spyderco ATR.

Spyderco ATR

The Outdoor Edge Neil Blackwood hybrid

OE Blackwood collaboration

the Becker neck knife

Camillus BK&T BK-11

and the Carson model 4 collaboration formerly known as the Carson midtech model 4

Carson, Obenauf, Carson collaboration

All of these knives give me wood.

On MY "short list" is the Smith & Wesson HRTDR that is on it's way to me from a recent trade..

On my "wish list" is a left-handed fully-serrated Spyderco Police model..

something light and fast. Kobra, Gelbu Special or a Chitlangi. Customs are way out of my price range right now. As far as folders I keep looking at Texas Toothpicks. Queen, Scahtt & Morgan or AG Russell.

Actually, I'm going to lay off the knives and get a nice chest to keep them in so they stay pretty. I'm looking at getting a Gerstner off of ebay. After that, who knows? Maybe a William Henry to add a little class to the collection.

2. Probably can't afford, but want:
Blackjack micarta handled trail guide, and Grunt.
Little Hen LHK.
Allan Blade Packpal.
Bark River Huntsman, green micarta.

3. Can afford, likely to get at least one or two of these:
SAK Electrician Plus, alox handled.
Benchmade Griptillian.
Case red pocketworn minitrapper, and peanut.
Grohmann boat knife, flatground carbon steel.
