#1: Ordered a Case large Gunstock, black jigged bone Ruger. Probably can't afford it, and I'll probably feel guilty about until it gets here and I open the box. Then I'll fall in love, and the guilty feeling will go away. Works every time.

#2: I found a local ACE Hardware selling off all their Steel Warrior knives today (50% off). I bought five with stag, or smooth, or jigged bone scales, just to put up and see how the scales hold up over the next couple of years. For $5-$6. each, I don't mind.

I didn't order today either, but I did get some knives I ordered...a CS Bushman, and CS Roach Belly...I like them. I also got my Emerson Commander back...sent it in for a checkup and got it sharpened while it was there. The put a new linerlock on it with all new screws and a new pocket clip...and I just sent it in 2/04. That was fast service!!

Buck 110s are cheaper all of the time at Wally World - $26 here. They do have nylon sheaths. Heck, great buy at $30 for that American-made classic.
