What knives do you use for certain jobs?

I don't know if there has been a thread started like this but here I go!

EDC - Benchmade 556
Kitchen use - I haven't used a single kitchen knife since I bought my Buck 110.
Skinning/Meat prep. - I have a Buck 113 and a Westmark Small Hunter A2.
Woods/Hardcord use - I just bought my BK2 and it is a damn beast piece of steel!
Self-defense - I find my knuckles sharp enough to get the job done. Haha!
Filleting/Fish chopper - I was gave one of the older Rapala J. Marttinnii Finland knives and it has the sharpest edge I have ever held in my hands.
Around the house jobs - Buck 484 that has had the tip broken off and I use it like a flat head screwdriver.

I want to hear what knives y'all use and for what jobs. I am just scratching around in the sand to see what y'all use.
 
Everyday little chores just my kershaw chive
Skinning/gutting chive as well
Defensive pocket carry Hogue EX-01 tanto

For a lovely romantic night with the Missuz, she prefers a Cold Steel Paradox held to my throat. What can I say, she's happy, I'm happy.
 
All around EDC - CRK Large Sebenza 21
Lightweight slicer - Spyderco Chaparral(about to be a Caly 3 Damascus/CF)
Hard use knife - DPX HEST 2.0
Gentleman's knife - Spyderco Gayle Bradley Air
Keychain Knife - Victorinox Classic

However, I just kind of carry whatever I choose to carry that day. So the knives have assigned roles but I carry something different almost every day(two at a time) with no specific use in mind.

However my Sebenza is carried and used faithfully and so are several others.

I try not to carry exclusively though because if I do, I'll have 2 or 3 knives to keep and will need to get rid of the rest lol. So I just kind of carry what I want on a daily basis.
 
I prefer my kershaw knockout for making grilled cheese, however sometimes other knives take over the task if they are closer(in my pocket).

Also I always use my small translucent red victorninox classic for anything pipe or smoking related :D
