Nice! I got a Fenix E12 recently as well. They make some sweet lights!

i carried Surefires for years and decided to try a couple Fenix lights a couple years ago and never looked back. im especially fond of the PD22 and the little E05 that the wife keeps on her keychain...so far 100% reliable and at a great price to boot. didn't mean to turn your knife thread into a flashlight discussion, my bad :D ...game on

:) No worries Lee, I think there's A LOT of us knife guys that are way into flashlights as well....myself included.

But, let's see some new knives....

So far, these 3...
Might have a shiro on the way too, trying to work something out.

I got this knife last year, but the scale last week. So, I guess this is "new" too.
(scale by BellaBlades)

I've acquired zero so far but have this in progress being built by William Nease; a custom chopper in S7 steel, 12" blade x .250" thick , almost full flat grind. Should be a beast.:thumbup::thumbup::cool:

And these should be in my hands before too long:

Nothing yet. I finally have a little spare money, and am looking at a used Brous, Spyderco Southard (gonna try it again, maybe), Domino, maybe some other flippers. When the new ZT's come out, I'm looking to get the 0808.

Nice choices craytab; the TGLB is an amazing knife IMHO...:thumbup::thumbup::cool: A great user and excellent mid length chopper once reprofiled. ;)

The Seb's not bad either LOL. ;):D:thumbup:

Number I told myself I'd buy this year: 1

Bought so far: Southard Avo, Strider SnG CC, Spyderco PPT sprint(Pre-Order)...

I think I might have a problem....

Haven't bought a single knife since October, and haven't bought one for myself since August. Not that I don't want to, but money is an issue. Still, the last one I bought for myself was a beaut, so I can't complain.

I've only purchased one knife so far this year. I picked up Benchmade Torrent not so much because I'm enamored with the knife, but because the most expensive knife I own is a custom Steigerwalt and it's a safe queen. I really wanted something I could carry that was designed by Ken. But there aren't a whole lot of Steigerwalt-designed production knives available that feature the kind of build quality I'm looking for. Pretty much the only one is the Torrent. So I found a used one on ePay and I'm waiting for it to arrive. Hopefully the lockup will be OK. That seems to be the biggest complaint I hear about the Torrent.

That's a great looking knife. I might just have to add one of those to my purchase list for this year. Maybe even the 890-111.
