I'm a HUGE fan of Craig Ferguson but, since I started my new job in August, I'm lucky if I can stay awake through Letterman.

So, I watch Letterman habitually, but fall asleep about the time the first guest comes on. But I almost always see whatever he does before the first guest. So, that's all I get now-a-days, but I used to watch all the way through Letterman and Ferguson.

Not a big fan of Leno.

I used to like Conan, until Craig Ferguson started.
Still, where I am, if I can manage to stay up, I can catch most of Conan after Craig.

Does anyone remember, "Frankenstein Wastes a Minute of Our Time", on Conan? THAT was the funniest thing ever. Remember him eating gum from under the seat?:D

.

I don't watch any of that. "More boring than church," as Homer would say.

funny that they found another guy named craig after kilborn quit. . . they probably just figured nobody would notice.

I don't watch any tv to speak of.

Craig Ferguson is great; he's a very witty guy. I try to at least catch his opening monologue.

I used to love Letterman when I was a kid in the '80s. He was a bit edgier back then. Chris Elliott did some hilarious characters on the show during that time too.

Conan sometimes has some really funny stuff, but he's more like a comfortable TV friend to keep you company at night.

I like Stephen Colbert too, though I haven't really seen that much of his show. His sense of humor is pretty sophisticated.

When I was still writing for entertainers who were guests on the late night shows (when Carson was King), I would watch them religiously. Now, I find them all pretty boring, childish, or 'commercial'. I usually watch a movie on cable, read a knife magazine, or write stuff that I kept putting off and is due in the morning! ;)

I DVR every episode of the Daily Show with Jon Stewart so I can watch it after work. I seriously think he's the best commentator and interviewer on TV. He can joke with comedians or BS with actors one day and the next day he's got a pundit, senator, or the president of Pakistan. One day he's talking about pissing in the sink, the next day it's the instability of Baghdad despite occupation. Interviews by Leno or Letterman seem so inane and uninteresting in comparison.

I like the Colbert Report too (I think his shtick is brilliant), but I don't bother recording it; if I'm home and it's on I'll watch it.

I don't bother watching anybody else except Leno on Mondays (for Headlines; that shit cracks me up). Letterman annoys me (as does Paul), Leno's monologue is boring and way too long. Conan's OK, but I haven't really watched it since Andy Richter left. Never seen Chris Furgeson. I like Jimmy Kimmel's "Unnecessary Censorship" bit, but I can get that on youtube.

I loved the "Guy who lives under the seats" routine.

I tivo Stewart and Colbert, the only news worth watching.

Everybody watch Opie and Anthony on Jay Leno tonight! I could listen to their show all day- great talk radio.

I can't stand the soaps that my wife watches from 10:00 to 11:00 pm, so I often go into another room and watch History channel or Travel channel or whatever, then Letterman from about 10:30 to 11:00, or until after the "top 10". He he, helps me to stay up to date on American culture.

I feel myself getting dumb just having to listen to XM advertise those two idiots. What a worthless waste of time they are. :barf:
