I got to spend a bunch of time with Andy last weekend. We had a great time. Here is a video we shot.

Oh man! I haven't had crawfish in so long, some étouffée would be delicious!

Thanks Derrick

Too funny .. and definitely pure Andy Roy. Good stuff.

Seems like a fun guy and his knives are killer. A confession tho'....I thought Andy Roy was a skateboarder. LOL

Awesome stuff.

That accent though. I knew you were Cajun. But you went straight Bayou Cajun. I love it.

Congrats to you Andy. You've come a long way. I can remember buying my first knife from you from a description you gave me over the phone. It is a bushfinger that I still own and love. After a few more purchases over a year or two, I left the forums and knife collecting to focus on a life that was much more demanding of me than before. With my head back on straight after spinning out of control, I started to find small bits of time to come back to Bladeforms. In the past, I used to visit multiple areas of the forum. Now, with limited time, my sessions center around what's going on at Fiddleback Forge. I cannot claim to know you considering we've only spoken a few words at Blade and over the phone, but I admire your talet a great deal and seem to be a well centered, determined individual.

Oh, and your knives are not to shabby either. I've recently picked up a few new ones on Fiddleback Friday and the workmanship is superb!

What ever happened to that Padre you were supposed to make me?;)

Take care,
Sergio

BTW, every year we usually order a couple of bags of live crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Co. for a boil. One of my favorite activities.

Man, you really are great at editing a bunch of babble into something that sounds coherent. I didn't think I had given you any useable footage except the Cajun accent part.

May 1, 2009 is a date that will live in.....well, at least not infamy. ;) More like fame or repute.

 to the vids.
