What Makes It So TAC?

It says TAC=tactical handle but does TAC go like T.A.C (each letter mean somthing) or does the TAC mean the first three letters of tactical?

And like the title says what makes it say TACy?

By the way i am talking about the CG BATAC, NOT the SJTAC...

I belive it is just an abbreviation of the word "Tactical".

The handle on the BATac and SJTac are identical as far as I know.

I'm not a big fan, I had an SJTac but I like my old school Satin Jack handle better. It's not as much knife but it feels better in my hand.
