What makes the Emerson CQC-6 so great?

I have never seen or heard of the movie. But the 6 is one heck of a good looking knife, with a bit of history/mystery about it that attracts some people.

Just look at the butt on that handle, you can smash skulls with it. Def. a tactical knife.
