What model do I have?

Can you post some more pics, looks like an early native 5, also looks like a frame lock. Don’t know if it ever came in a frame lock.
 
Maybe I'm crazy, but it looks like a Total Fake model. You could send it in to Spyderco for verification, but the only thing it looks like is a liner lock Native, which Spyderco has never made.
 
I’ve never seen a Native with a liner lock. From what I’ve read, S35VN was offered in the early models, then it was switched to S30V.
Go do a google search to see if any were made with a liner lock. Also don’t know if the early models didn’t have the swedge on the top of the blade. Th body screws don’t look flush with the handle slabs. They’re dome shaped instead of flat.
And it all could be just indicative of earlier models. I have read that the Native underwent changes that included liner less handles.
 
The infamous clone site had a fluted ti s35vn frame lock Native a few years back.
Maybe this is a newer release?
 
That is true, and it's enough to piss off the Pope. I was thinking more of the whole than the parts. On the other hand, it was passed off as a genuine Spyderco, so I guess it would qualify.
