I saw this picture on another forum and the guy used this knife to gut and take apart a bull moose. What model is it and what's that style blade called?

I'd love to find one of these. I saw they are discontinued though. What would one in good used condition cost me? Are they real hard to find? Thanks for the help guys. I've never had a spyderco knife and have been looking at them online a lot recently since I can't find any stores that carry them in my area. I've got a list a mile long of different spyderco models to hand out when family asks for Christmas ideas!
