Looks like a tech 1 or. 2 model, i doubt its fake from just browsing but closer pics of the logo and handle would help. Prob a tech 1 though from the looks of it. Nice knife!

What's written under the logo, if anything? Also, what's written on the reverse ricasso (back of the knife)? How long is the blade?

Sheath is probably the sog knives after market kydex sheath accessory for the seal 2000,

It would fit the tech, considering that the seal 2000 was modelled after it minus the brass guard and Kraton fixtures being substituted with the tougher and cheaper zytel material.
