Looks like a Back Pocket with a different blade. This is a new variation?

I think the bladeshape is unique to the goldenrod handles. Don't quote me on that though!

From a popular online vendor, described as follows:

Case XX Knife Item # 10131
SILVER SCRIPT GOLDENROD BN BACKPOCKET(lanyard not included)
Pattern Number: TB61546 1/2 SS
Blades:SKINNER
Length Closed: 4 5/8"

It's sort of unconventional, but the lines of the knife actually work for me. Although, I'm still not completely sold on the silver script shield.

The blade shape is generally called a semi-skinner. The "bump" just behind the tip allows you to turn the knife edge up, and using the bump to ride on you can "unzip" the belly of your game without fear of the tip puncturing anything undesireable.

BTW, I really like the silver script shield. My next Case will DEFINITELY have one (maybe a copperlock!).

Case is making the BP with a clip or a semi skinner blade in them. They are also making a 2 blade version with both blades in it called a Panama trapper. You can get the BP 3 different ways. Hope this clears this up.

Tony, I think I should just take money out for rent and gasoline, and forward my paychecks to Case. Really nice designs, I would love to own one of your custom models, I am glad that you partnered up with Case to offer these collaborations.
