I didn't vote because they all belong IMO.

Though it wouldn't hurt to eliminate some of the similar designs in a group.

Even though, in my opinion only, the pocket tools are cool, I think their purpose can be picked up by the the other knives, especially by the EDC line.

I'm with the others. They all belong. For whatever reason some designs are big sellers for a while and then they fade out while others take their place. Watch the trends and put those front and center but don't count anything out. It just might be next month's big deal.

I voted the hawks out. Special orders only and deposit paid. You've discussed how much they cost and they aren't cost efficient.

I agree. I also think you are charging too little for them. Your general prices are cheap compared to most knife makers on this forum, but your hawks are really cheap

Although I think they should all be part of your line, I did vote Tacticals. Probably because they aren't my cup of tea, but that's likely the only reason.

As long as you do custom work, they should be offered...

I`m starting to agree on the Tactical models. Except for a bit of interest in the C/U-6 early on, they are dead.

Prices on Hawks have now been increased. Orders will be taken, but when it comes time to order the materials, a deposit to cover the materials will be taken.

I think they all have their place and didn't vote...if anything, all the different offerings shows your versatility.

Well I think your knives are some of the most practical, high quality, and affordable knives to be had. Having said that, I think your tactical models aren't what "tactical" guys are looking for. While they are extremely practical, most fans of tactical blades are more concerned with crazy angles and grinds, coatings, and scary logos (from my experience).

I voted "all belong".

Coming from a guy who has only seen the photos and the specs - here's my 2¢.

• Your EDC collection are some of the nicest knives out there.

• Some of the buschcraft knives are less stellar but some in that group are really outstanding.

• The modern bowie and its little brother are a neo-classics. Really beautiful and I'm sure great workers.

• Pocket tools don't do anything for me but I'm thinking that those are little cash cows for you.

• Hawks I would reserve for custom prepaid orders only.

• Finally I think kitchen knives are a redundancy in the market place. Lots of options in the world. Many (most) people don't know enough to care and those who do can purchase good production knives easily. If I had to vote one category off the island it would be kitchen knives.

I like this guy!

Well thought out answer, and not just because you like the Bowies.... ;^)
