What No shut I go for?

Hi all

I have desided to save for my second busse! my first one is a JSK so I want one in the other end of the scale! th NO.

The problem is that I know the NO-E. One of my friends hae it and that is really really nice! but what about the new fusion NO? do any of you have one of them? how is it compeared to the E-type? the design is diffrent, but I think of the felling when you have it in your hand!

I hope you will help me!

Nicolai, good choice with the NO size of a knife.

I don't think the new NO has started shipping yet.

If you are interested, but cautious, I would wait until users start receiving the new NO knives and see how their comparisons answer your questions.

The e- handled NO is a nice compromise of size and ability.

Of course, the Hog answer is...get both.....:D ;)
 
The new SF NO is the nearest Busse that I have handled to the original Steel Heart in feel and size. I believe that it also has a slightly thinner blade than the E-handled NO Combat Grade. These are to me positive arguments in favor of the SF NO.

On the other hand, I love the E-handled NO's. If you have larger than average hands, then the E-handles are magnificent. That's why I have at present five of them.

I suppose that if I was permitted to have only one NO, then I would choose the new SF NO.
 
Hi Nico,

If its for a general purpose camp knife come skinner/ hunting companion, I would pick the NO-e.

I have used mine for skinning and butchering to good effect.

I would wait for the new Natural Outlaw, or should I say order one !NOW! as the two new knives are out in May I think. Check the Busse website, there is a gallery link at the bottom of some pages that I did not see before....it shows some different configurations of the NO.

Be aware there are two different handle configurations on the new NO, one has a flat profile the other (magnum handle) is more aggresive and looks like it has a bit rounder contour. It does seem very close to the original Steel Heart (only it's INFI !!!).

Get the NO-E now and the other later if you can´t live without it (..as if!! :p ) You know you love the E handle, and they won´t be around forever! :D

I agree; get the E since you know you like it. Then, if you get to handle the new NO and like it, you can sell the E and get it or just buy it as well :D
 
Guys has anyone gotten any Busse knives lately ,I mean directly from the shop?It seems as if they are not selling any knives at all right now? :confused:
