it looks like a kukri style handle. Perhaps a 'custom' Condor, some of their models have similar handles. Although this one here has no lanyard hole it seems. The closest are Condor Lobo Machete, and Condor Wastelander Machete, and maybe Condor King Kukri Machete – with a simple plain leather sheath.
